Magazine means either a store or a periodical. Here it is to mean both. For in Web one can extend a store periodically, even in that less obliging sense - "from time to time". The texts to appear include original essays as well as useful documents (official programs, statistical data, important addresses, etc) relevant to information society.

To "Calculemus" Main Page There is an intimate connexion between the Information Society, in which science and technology assist political order, while communication facilities serve integration and development - and the Open Society in Popperian sense, that is liberal and capable of problem solving through free discussion. URLs and e-mail addresses of political institutions, journals, etc. Documents in English, German and Polish.   "Kurier Polityczny"   [Political Messanger] - Archive Material - a journal which appeared from August 1996 to September 1997 to support liberal ideas of the Polish party "Unia Wolności" [Union for Freedom], led by L.Balcerowicz, in the period preceding 1997 parliamentary election in Poland. Its emphasis is put on the political import of research and technology.
